Further to reports a magnitude 6.5 earthquake was registered in Vanuatu at 08.50 (local time) this morning, 54 miles (88km) north-west of the coastal town of Port Olry (Sanma province, Espiritu Santo island). There have been no immediate reports of casualties or damage following this, and it is business as usual.
